I was born and raised in Washington, DC and moved to Alexandria, Virginia in 2015. I grew up braiding hair, painting my nails and designing clothes for my Barbies and myself in an effort to keep money in my pocket. I wanted to avoid spending too much money on “frivolous” things. Then, “frivolous” things became my focus when I realized how empowered I felt when I looked polished and I did it myself.   • This is an elevated pedicure experience that may eventually develop into a full-service social grooming space for all genders. At the moment, we offer spa-level pedicures.

  • Not at the moment, but STAY TUNED for it. For now, we offer pedicures. Join our email list to be the first to know when we grow.

  • Absolutely! Men can receive the King Size Pedicure tailored to “his” needs or choose from the other pedicure services available. Children can also receive any of the pedicure options or indulge in the Sugar Baby Pedicure, which is a mini Pedicure À La Mode at a Sugar Free Pedicure price.

  • To increase the chances of you showing up for your appointment

    We do have a cancellation policy that we do enforce:

    Booking an appointment slot removes that slot from my availability and no one else is able to book it. Not showing up for the appointment that you chose to book is time wasted and money lost. If life happens and something comes up, feel free to reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance. In that case, no cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged to your card on file. If you continue with booking, it is assumed that you completely understand and agree to this policy. Thanks for your cooperation!

  • Sweet Escapery is a private salon suite with one pedicure chair. It’s okay to bring one other person with you. However, we cannot accommodate more than two guests in the service room.
